  7. You have the right to use this program for evaluation purposes. If you
  8. decide you would like to distribute the Catalog files you create with the
  9. program, you need to buy a registered copy before doing so.

  11. NOTE: You may not collect a fee of more than $10 in distributing this 
  12. program.  This should be more than enough to cover any costs
  13. you may have for the disk to hold the program and/or postage, etc.

  15. Limited Warranty

  17. This program, manual, and reference materials are sold "as is", without
  18. warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for any
  19. particular purpose. The entire risk as to the results and performance of
  20. this program is assumed by you.

  22. However, to the original purchaser only, the publisher warrants the
  23. magnetic discs on which the program(s) is supplied to be free from defects and
  24. faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date
  25. of purchase. If during this 90 day period, the disc(s) should become defective,
  26. they may be returned to the publisher for replacement without charge provided
  27. proof of purchase of the program is supplied.

  29. Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited
  30. to replacement of the disc as provided above. If failure of a disc is due
  31. to accident or abuse, the publisher shall have no responsibility to
  32. replace the disc under the terms of this limited warranty.

  34. Any implied warranties relating to the the disc(s), including any implied
  35. warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are limited to a period of
  36. 90 days from the date of purchase. The publisher shall not be liable for
  37. indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of
  38. this product.
